I want to feed my catfish frozen-thawed mice (like the ones for snakes). I am going to be completely honest, I don't want to do this for any nutritional reasons at all, I want to do this purely for the shock value of seeing my fish eat a mouse. Is this safe? Will the fur and bones clog up it's digestive system? I am guessing it's not because I feed him fish with scales that are also make of keratin, and I've fed him pieces of fish meat with much bigger bones... What do you guys think?

It is supposed to be unhealthy, but I don't think it will kill your catfish. Many fish eat mice in the wild.I wouldn't do it regularly, but I doubt one time will be am issue.
RD. RD. Can tell you much more about feeding mammals to your fish.
