Today at the supermarket i saw some sole for sale. 3.72 for two fillets and quiet alot of food came out of it. It was fresh and really had a smell to it. Now i cut it up washed it then tried to feed some to my fish. They simple spit it out even the oscar i see now that the plecos i have in the tank are eating it. I know eventually they will eat it after they have tried it a couple of times. but i guess my question is does anyone else feed there fish sole? Any reasons not to feed them sole? really fatty perhaps?

My pike cichlid eats nothing but Catfish fillets. I'm an avid pay lake fisherman, so i just keep a few everytime i go, fillet 'em and freeze 'em
