Feeding for 11 inch flowerhorn

Hey i have an 11 inch zz flowerhorn does this feeding sound right? Same with a 8 inch flowerhorn.

11 inch flowerhorn
2 feedings a day. 8-10 medium hikari gold ,bio gold ,stapel. in total about 16-20 medium pellets a day. 1 fasting day. shrimp 1 day.(ghost shrimp or supermarket shrimp)

8 inch flowerhorn
2 feedings a day. 7-8 medium hikari gold, bio gold, stapel. in total about 14-16 pellets a day. 1 day fasting. shrimp 1 day.(ghost shrimp or supermarket shrimp.


I would this be ok for my flowerhorn to be healthy.
And if i wanted them to grow what should the feedings be?

Are you mixing alll three hikari's? I wouldn't use the staple. You will get much better results with more bio-gold. Sounds pretty good though.
