Feeding for a TSN

Got a baby TSN the other day...What would be the best diet to be feeding one of these guys....I know to shy away from feeders.....But what prepared foods/pellets do they tend to like...

Shrimp...Beefheart..Pellets both sinking and floating... and worms...

What kind and where to get them please....

Blood worms, Earthworms and tubifex worms.. Well there r a lot more available... but those r the one's we get here in India... U can get the Freeze Dired worms... They r the same..just frozen..

Would earthworms through a bait shop up here be fine to feed....
