Feeding frequency?

How often do you provide food for your plecs? Every Mon.-Weds.-Fri. I drop in greens for them. Tues. i rubberband some tilapia to a rock. Is this enough?

Yea thats plenty, ive had my 7in avg pleco for almost a year and have never seen him eat. Yet, he looks healthy. I tried droppiing the blanched veggies in at nigth but theyre there in the morning, and forget algae waffers, my huge tinfoil eats them even with the lights out. Your pleco should be a-ok.
