Feeding Friut to SD'd and Yellow Hooks

Hello,

I am thinking about trying my fish on fruit and would appreciate input as to which will best and which to avoid. The main reason is to not only provide more variety to their diet but hopefully speed up their gorwth. They are fed on veg. cichlid pellits, lettuice and cucumber, as well as frozen veg blocks.

I have two yelow hooks at 6" and the 3 SD's are just over 4".
