Feeding Fruit To My Red Hooks

Hello,

Please can you advise my on what is the best type of fruit to feed to my red hooks. Currently they are being fed on dry, frozen, lettice and cucumber but I want to grow them one quicker and give them some bulk.

Any help will be much appreciated.

Lettuce has always been eaten quickly by my dollars in the past, flake and pellets have added bulk

I don't have advice on the fruit, but if you want to bulk them up, feed cichlid pellets. Mine eat mostly Hikari and NLS pellets, and they have grown quite quickly.
