Feeding Fry?

What is the best way to feed these guys? I've tried crushed up flakes, super soft and vacation feeders. I know about first bites but do not live near any place that has them right now. I can get some today though but just wondering if that is the best option. Thanks.

What guys? Generally Baby Brine Shrimp or very finely crushed flake is the way to go. Please remember to include important details in your question.

i have baby cichlids n i just feed it any form of flake or pellet n crush it all up.. just use a spoon n scoop the food and dip the whole spoon in so it sinksor else it would just lay on the top..

i use crushed "Omega one" flakes for my baby con's and it brings out the color nicely.

Well they are hybrids so I'm sure just mentioning that will get the thread moved. They are Tex x BP.
