feeding guide line

As with most fish, it is recommended that you feed them only as much as they can eat in just a few minutes. I prefer actually to feed them even less, but more frequently.
 
i feed my cichlids twice a day, Blood worms at night and what ever is left goes to my synodontis and i feed them flake food in the morn. Whatever they eat within a couple of minutes. Try to mix it up for them, its very important because cichlids are prone to hole in the head
 
Depends, what size/how old is your fish?
