Feeding HIkari Bio-Gold vs. Hikari Marine -A-

Has anyone ever compared the ingredients on the Bio-Gold vs. the Marine -A-?

The Marine-A has much better primary ingredients and about twice the amount of additional vitamins included. It even includes smell/hunger enticers like clams..

I wonder if it would be okay to feed to cichlids?

I used hikari s for my reef fish, and also to gutload feeders for other fish. i think it'd be fine, but remember to go easy on the high nutrient food.

The Hikari pond gold and staple is almost the same stuff as in the cichlid gold + and staple, its just a tiny bit different, you get more for your money, thats what i do.
