Feeding Jack Dempsey Fry NLS

Hey guys so I am getting some blue gene jacks soon and will be trying to get some ebjd out of them. I am wondering what NLS food would be best for feeding the fry? I was thinking about

NLS Small Fry Starter powder
NLS Grow .5mm
NLS Thera A .5mm

So which would you feed? I was wondering if the fry should be able to eat the .5mm pellet or would I need to grind it up?

To add on to my first post, if the fry are able to eat the .5mm pellet then would you suggest Thera A or Grow? I like Thera A since EBJDs can be so sensitive, that may help them do better. At the same time though I like the idea of Grow because it has more protein and will help them grow quicker.

either should be fine ... based on the size of the fry. Consider some frozen brine shrimp or blood worms if you can. Omega One flakes are also a good option.

I have never fed mine any of the so called premium foods. Other than the dust crumbs at the bottom of the can. I have always fed mine just a basic flake and they have grown out quite well.
