I think Hikari Cichlid pellets are fine for your jardini, if he is willing to eat it. :) When I had a jardini he ate hikari pellets, food sticks, and chunks of fish with no probs.

Omega One Cichlid and Hikari Bio-gold are also good.

I thought u were actually going to drop chiclids there for food.

i feed my silver arow turkey. took alot of the leftover turkey from thankgiving and froze it and he loved it. hardley no fat in turkey so i didnt see the problem and he didnt either.

cichlid gold is fine, i fed these to my jardini and his colour was very good actually.

koi pellets i'm not sure. i think getting your fish to eat something like that would be the main problem - they usually don't smell/taste as strong as the cichlid/carnivore pellets
