feeding juvies

i have a bunch of 1"+ juvies that i am currently feeding NLS Grow to. at what point do i transition them over to my "flowerhorn specific" food? (sumo, hi feng, etc.)
also, anyone used Hi Feng Treasure and what we the pros/cons?

You can switch at about 2 inches. Pretty much whatever can fit in there mouth. Sumo is small pellets that can be eaten by small fish so you will have to be the judge of when to start...
