I have just joined so bear with me. I have a 30 or so inch irridescent shark who is getting very expensive to feed. He is currently eating tetramin tropical tablets and a few peas. Anyone have any ideas for a less expensive food to supplement what he is eating? I'm looking at a sinking pellet from aquatic ecosystems but am open to any suggestions. He is in a 300 gallon "pond" in my garage.

Which pellets did you use from kens? The aqua stable says 9 mm but there is no size for the catfish pellets. Maybe I'll try a small pack of each first to see which one he likes and also the pellets from aquatic ecosystems. At least I can get free shipping from aquatic eco since I need some other stuff for work from them.
