I have read many threads here that some people have trouble switching between live and prepared/frozen foods. I have never had this problem. I feed most of my fish a rotating diet of varying types of live foods (feeders ghost shrimp, crickets, etc.), prepared foods and frozen foods. My fish always feed no matter what hits the water.

Anyone else share my experience?

ive never really had a problem with switching between live and prepared foods. my old gt couldnt quite figure out what to do with a live cricket, you could see him figuring it out, but it didnt take him long to learn to hunt them. the only thing he didnt eat was daphnia and the other very small foods but i think its just because they were too small for him.
i was switching between pellets, algae wafers, frozen bloodworm, freeze dried bloodworm, live bloodworm (only once to test it), live crickets, cucumber and peas.

My eel has never eaten pellets and I always had to cohearse him into any new food. All my other fish though eat frozen, pellets, and veggies no problem.
