feeding my dovii

I have a 5 inch male dovii that arrived from rapps yesterday and so far he is eating dried krill and hikari pellets,but what else do dovii owners feed them. are silversides ok

About to drop in some raw shrimp as I type as a treat. Main deit is Hikri Bio gold +. Also a couple times a week Massivore Delite and Krill as a treat.

silversides are good so is market shrimp or tilapia,,as long as you got a good pellet for his staple diet you will be fine.

I feed mine Krill and shrimp once a week. Then Hikari Bio gold + twice a day. Then feed Massivore once maybe twice a week. I need to add another pellet as part as the staple diet.

This is almost exactly what I do. I use 3mm NLS instead of the bio gold though.

I feed a mix of 3 different pellets daily (Gold, Bio Gold, & Aqueon) and a mix of 3 or more alternating frozen foods daily (Krill, Blood-worms, Beef heart, brine shrimp, glass-worms, & tubifex worms). I try to keep krill in the rotation for color.

my doviis doing great on omega one, nls, and hikari gold as a staple and worms and krill every couple days or so. also lots of clean water 10% 5 days a week and 50% twice weekly
