I know prolly not a lot of people on here know a lot about dp but I tried posting on the dp forum and no one answers me. So I just thought I'd ask you guys...My puffers won't eat anything except bloodworms...I tried krill, brine shrimp and flakes/pellets. They just ignore it. I know fish are supposed to have a balanced diet but is it bad my puffers wont eat anything else??

try frozen thawed shrimp, most puffers love that. puffers are pretty picky and won't take dry food at all, so you'll have to stick with meaty frozen foods or something similar.

you'll also want to give them some snails every now and then so their teeth don't grow too much.

I have found that a lot of fish learn from other fish kind of like monkey see monkey do but I dont know if anything is compatible with puffers...

dont puffers love snails???? why not get some small snails from some one who is plagued by them and throw them in and see if its true(that pufferes love them) if not right away, he will eventually eat them,if not, it wouldnt be a big loss as most people are glad to get rid of them. even some stores will give them for free.

I feed mine market shrimp (raw) and dried krill.
