Does anyone ever get your native sunfish filled up ???
Its seems that no matter how often i feed, they always eat like starving dogs.

I have noticed this but at some point there is a quit for some species Such as bluegill and my bass. But greens and warmouth I think would eat untill there stomach poped

My Sunfish eat a good amount but it doesnt seem like a ton to me though they are still small with the big ones only about 4 inches. Plus the 75 right below them has like 45 Mbuna's that eat like a garbage disposal.

depends what you feed them I suppose. I good staple like Aquamax pellets can contain a lot of protein, added on with feeding fresh/frozen food

Only if the previous worm was still hanging out of their mouths! LOL!
But seriously, not really, but you do have to balance their insatiable hunger against tank water quality.

mine seem to get filled up on pellets. there are always a few left floating after they have gone back into their driftwood after feeding.
