2-3x a day is a safe bet, and that's what the veterans have been telling me. Another school of thought is to feed them as long as they eat, and just remove the surplus afterwards. as with the choice of food...fish meat, krill, shrimp, hikari gold pellets
i feed them those little ice cubes of beef-heart and blood-worms, and they ate the beef-heart but left the blood-worms alone... any suggestions on getting them a balanced diet?
Balance the diet with a mixture of pellets like hikari bio gold or terta floating chiclid sticks, and kill or market shirmp, throw in some fish fillets, and every once in awhile get them some live. OMG NOT LIVE. !? That will come under fire by some. but IMO RBPs should have somelive food in there diet. it's like a little treat. just make sure if you feed live it is QTed and or it's something really pretty lol J/K
