I've been trying to feed silversides on a clear feeding stick not working out so well. They seem interested in it but they don't take it. Any advice would help I'm trying to get them off live food.

Garlic powder, just sprinkle on a little and sometimes it makes them attack

How long have they been in their tank and eating live?

I used seachem garlic guard to get my rhom to eat when he wouldn't eat silversides then eventually got him to just eat them normally and really easily switched over to pellets.

Couple of things I tried that worked were to wrap the silverside around the tail with fishing line and make it bob up and down and he ate it, or left it so the fish was suspended in the middle of the tank and then he would eat it. If the foods not gone within 5-10 minutes of being left alone to eat I would take it out to try to establish a routine of eat when the food is there or stay hungry.

I have 2 SCOMBS one of them has been in there for 6 months and the other one like a month. Up to know they've been eating minnows and guppies. My goal is pellets and fish chunks. Thanks for the feedback.

Why do you want them eating pellets?

Vampire Tetras are one of the most specialized freshwater piscavores. If I were you, I wouldn't even worry about getting it off of live. Teacher fish sometimes help, especially when they hit food quickly. A lot of predatory fish that are mixed with cichlids start to take whatever foods the cichlids eat. However, this can take a while and even longer with one of the most piscavorous fish in the hobby.
