Feeding payara

Hi guys,

I've just introduced my armatus to my tank yesterday. However, i haven't seen him wat. He's skinny to begin with and a little skittish. Got a little damage on his nose from his old tank at the lfs. He's with 2 temensis, a monoc and a nile perch.

There is a constant supply of feeders as well. Could he be just adjusting?

mine eats soon as i put a feeder in the tank and sometime it takes him three or four days to it.

IME Armatus start eating soon after being introduced. Mine ate the first day. Maybe some of the tank mates are spooking him a little. Maybe keep the tank dim for a few days.
