Feeding pellets

So I got my 7-8" Indo tiger to eat pellets after only 2 days of starving but he eats and spits them out multiple times before he actually swallows it. Is this normal or will he eventually learn how to just eat them quickly?

He's getting a taste for them, don't feed for a couple days then offer some, my bet is he will inhale them from there on out!

But he is eating them, it just takes like 5 minutes because he keeps playing with them. I just thought maybe he wasnt used to them yet.

The fish is still not 100% on the pellets. The hard part is over, another couple weeks it will be pounding the pellets.

How many do you feed at a time though? He's eating them pretty good now (i guess he's a fast learner) but I just fed him 8 and he kept looking for more.

As many as he will eat at once, my 5 rbp get maybe 6 or so a piece
