feeding......(pics)

I have just started feeding my severums an uaru, romane lettuce. i have never fed this befor but they love it. they are all 2-3 inches now and in a 135 with 7 oto cats. any way, my question is...how long can i leave it in there for?? a couple hours? the whole day? a couple days? right now i give it to them at night and take it out in the morning. (i tie a leaf to a rock if that matters) i would like to leave it in longer so they can eat more of it befor i throw it out. can i? or am i already pushing it?? will it rot in a couple extra days or what?? i feed it every night and have been for a week..is this too much?? 3-4 leaves to 6 sevs and 2 uaru( all 2-3inches) just so every one gets some as there seems to be 1 or 2 sevs guarding there own piece. any advise???

also including a pic of the sevs (gold) didnt get one of the uarus yet...what do you think??

My sevs and texas love lettue and Cumcomber, it's suposed to be a main part of their diet so carry on feeding it if they'll eat it.

Interesting I'll have to see if my sevs feel the same way. I wouldn't leave it in there much longer than about 24 hours, don't want scraps rotting in the corners.
