Feeding Pleco Spinach

My common loves spinach, but it makes such a mess (like everything else he eats), and I've never found a good way for tying it down. I've tried hairbanding it to rocks, sometimes I just shread it and let him eat it floating. Anyone have a good trick?

I got clips that have suckers that suck on to the side of the tank.... I just clip the food into it and stick it on the side of the tank it works a treat for my plecos and the rtc......

where did you get it, or did you make it? Are they completely plastic?
