Feeding Pleco with Cichlids

Does anybody know of something other than algae wafers and Repashi Pre Mix to feed your Pleco’s? I have a Green Phantom. I feed algae wafers or the Repashi at night as my Pleco will never eat anything like zucchini, squash or cucumber during the day. I’ve tried multiple times he never recognizes it as food. So I’m wondering what I can feed while the lights are on that my cichlids (Gold Saum and Jack Dempsey) won’t destroy before the Green Phantom can rasp on it.

I don’t think the food is the issue, I think anything the pleco will eat will most likely get eaten by the JD and GS. I think feeding a couple hrs after the lights are out is the best bet

I do that, just thought it would be nice for him to have something through the day. He does well just looking for suggestions
