I bought a glass knife fish 3 days ago and I havent been able to get him to eat. They were feeding it frozen brine shrimp at the lfs. I have tried using frozen brine shrimp, frozen blood worms, earth worms, and flakes and have tried feeding both at night and during the day and I still can't get him to eat. He seems to be looking for food when I turn the lights out but won't go for anything I offer him. Any suggestions?

Since no one has answered heres my ideas.
1.WAIT... give him a little more time to warm up.
2.Check your water parameters, knives need PERFECT water.
3. make sure he feels comfortable in your tank, knives like a lot of hiding places and might feel stressed if hes not comfortable.... stress=loss of appetite, more susceptible to parasites and sickness.

Most likely he is not use to his new enviroment. Just check the water parameters & he should enventually come around. Good Luck

mabey try dryed krill, / minnows. probably just getting used to tank though.
