feeding question

hello, iv'e had a young retic stingray for a few weeks now, he's only 4inch across at the moment and feeding heavily on blood worms.
i've read that retics have smaller mouths than most stingray and to be carefull when feeding to not give him anything too big,
any sugestions on that and to what else he can have?

I guess any seafood item will work. ie shrimp and small fish
