Just wondering how many times in a week everyone feeds their fish? I feed mines each night.

I've talked to a few people who feeds their fish two to three times a week. What can you expect for either method?

Does one way make your fish grow more? which would be best for the fish?

Not too worried about my wallet, a fish gotta eat!!

I think it really comes down to the type of fish, and the age of the fish...

in my case i feed my polleni every night, my palembangs i feed 2-3 times a week...

I feed My Bichirs 6 days a week My Afro 3-4 times a day and my Tangs 2-3 times a day...Baby fish like my Ornate I feed twice to once a day....The more feeding is going to give higher growth whereas less gives less growth

I feed my catfish 6 times a week, lungfish 4 times, bichir 3 times (or whenever he picks off the food that was ment for the catfish) and my peacock bass 4 times

I feed my Oscar a small amount every day. The raphaels get fed about three times a week and that seems to be plenty for fish that do almost nothing. For the rest, it varies by species, age, tank size and my goals. For the convicts, I'm feeding them heavily and hoping for fry. For the oddball catfish in the basement, they only get food once a day since they're well past the juvenile stage.

The more feeding is going to give higher growth whereas less gives less growth
This is true unless you are dancing on the overstocking floor. Excess feeding will lead to buildups of waste which will, in turn, cause slower growth. Just saying there's a balance, that's all.

That says it all right there. You're really comparing apples to bananas and oranges when you aren't singling out a specific species and age.
