I am going out of town for a week and was wondering would my fish be alright without feeding them ?

As long as they aren't fry and they are healthy they should be perfectly fine. Many fish can easily go a month or more without food if they're in good shape.
well I have multiple tanks with juvenile fish not fully grown but not fry either I have lysoni, argenti , true red terrors
Buy some feeder blocks rated for a week if your worried, but as mentioned, if they are healthy they can go without food for a week easy.
Or, feed heavy 2 days before you leave, do a water change the day before you leave and then go have a good time.
