i currently have two large red tailed payara, one large barracuda, and three large silver dollars.i feed them silver sides and massivore and the sds sometimes eat flakes but i am getting a large pbass and spotted pike characin and i dont know wat foods i should feed them so wat would be best?

Talapia, shrimp, hikari carnivore pellets. You can still use your silversides too. Iv never used massivore before so I have no comment on that.

Iv never used cichlid gold either sorry. Read the ingredients and compare it to carnivore pellets, if its basicly the same I don't see any reason why you couldn't feed it. As for silversides and other dead/frozen foods, I got my armatus to eat by cutting small long strips (like a natural bait fish), tied some fishing line to a corner (when they take it the line pulls right off the food) and went fishing haha. Literaly fish for your own fish, jig and dangle the food around infront of them. Eventualy they will be hungry enough to take a bite. Also since you have other fish that already accept non live foods, they can "teach" your other fish to eat by observation.

Just keep trying, no animal will willingly starve itself to death unless there is an underlying problem like disease's and etc.
