I have 2 pups, about 1.5 months old and about 5-6 inches. I converted them off black worms to night crawlers right away and within the last few days they have both started taking cut shrimp. I drop a couple nls pellets in every day before I feed the shrimp and they will gum the pellets but wont eat them yet as far as I've seen.
My question is can I continue on only feeding shrimp or should I keep them on a little more variety diet example. Night crawlers and shrimp? Im going to feed them only shrimp for the next week or two just so the really grow a taste for the shrimp. After that I can start adding worms again if suggested. But I wouldn't mind feeding only shrimp and pellets if I can keep them healthy. Worms are kind of a pain in the butt.
