feeding regime for polys

17 inch ornate
2x 8 to 9 inchpalmas palmas
4x 8 to 9 inch delhezi
1x 8 inch albino sen

i feed
monday 1 shot glass of massivore pellets thtas broken to multiple pieces to provide more feeding frenzy

wednesday night
serving of fish fillets and beef herat

saturday night
slightly bigger serving of fish and beef heart.

is that enough?
shoudl i feed more?
will this stunt their growth?

should i add one more massivore feeding?
or another fish filet and beef herat serving a week?
or both?

3 out of 7 days i feed, should it be 4 or 5 a week?

Feed as much as you want brother. Once a day to twice a day with light feedings of course. 7x a week to 3x is perfectly fine.

I feed every other day usually.

17" ornate?! Must have grown a bit since I last saw it....


I'd feed more, try feeding two days then one day off. They will eat less as they get bigger, I've noticed my ornate only has a big meal about twice a week.

the ornate eats big ones or twice a week, the others are alays hungry.
i have modified my feeding regime to feed more.

yeah, definately grown, its as long as the arowana now - last i measured the arowana was just bursting out of 16 inch i think. its big none the less, but not getting as fat as yours! i am gonna keep beefing it up
