feeding roaches and crickets

crickets are good but roaches i ont know. Im scared with them because they go in places crickets dont go and eat what crickets might not eat.
all the crickets around here already spreaded the words to friends and fam. I dont know how they can communicate like that but it is pretty amazing how they know of me and never come around. There used to be tons of them here. Now no more. I only hear them now that's it.
but ummmm. yeah crickets are one of the best you can give them bro.
Im nature boy too. I dig earth worms and catch crickets in the back yard here to feed my cichlids. But wprms only in clean spots.
