feeding schedule?

what should my feeding schedule be like for my BB bamboo? he is currently about 9" and he gets fed once a day, eats like a pig and still has a full belly look the next day. im starting to skip a day here or there, about 5 feedings a week.

how am i doing and when should i expext to change things?

currently he's only eating market shrimp, but i will be incorporating other foods soon.

Five days a week is fine for now.

Yeah - Juveniles tend to need to eat more often than adults do.

And it would be good to incorperate other foods in his diet. A good diet for most benthic sharks includes things like marine fish, clams, squid, crab meat(real), krill, mysis shrimp, & brine shrimp, in addition to fresh market shrimp.

when my bamboo was the same size as yours , i fed it every 2nd day once it got to 15 inches evey 3rd, it now gets fed once every 5 days and is still a litle fat. mix up what you feed it, try and replicate diet in the wild, they love octupus
