Feeding shrimp to my fish

Are these frozen shrimp, live shrimp or what type of shrimp?

Also, how long are you keeping it in the tank, and is there any leftover?

If there is any leftover, its probably causing an ammonia spike, causing a mini cycle = cloudy water

at least that would be my guess

Market shrimp. I was just wondering because when I see my fish take a bite out of it, or when I first drop it in the water, it secretes this oily type of liquid into my water.

How big is the tank? coz if its big enough im guessing that should be able to dilute the water preventing that from being a problem?

Coz i feed my puffer defrosted prawns, but the only time my water got cloudy was when my puffer wasnt feeling well and basically threw up all the shrimp she ate and i missed a few pieces causing a mini cycle...

Oh okay well I wasn't referring to all of my water, just where the shrimp is.
I just wasn't sure if I wasn't cleaning it enough or something.
