my mystery snails just layed eggs and I dont want a bunch of babies, I was wondering if I could feed the egg clusters to my oscars

I personally wouldn't feed them to the Oscar unless you want more Mystery Snails. If the Oscar spits the egg cluster out then mass may break up .
