Feeding suggestions

Hi guys I'm looking for any ideas on what else I can feed my gts
Currently I am feeding them
Tropical fish food
Freeze dried tubefix worms
Freeze dried blood worms
Thinking on feeding live/blood worms once a week
Any specific chinchild food I can add to their food list not sure on which one to try all look good so am asking for suggestions

my friend has given me a small box of a food that he used to feed his flower horns called humpy head is it ok to feed my gt that humpy head food?
