All,

So I currently have a 50g tank with a 5" jar aro, 8" clown, and a 4" dat. (waiting to move next month before they get transfered into their 180g)

the aro is pretty good with his crickets, but I am having a problem feeding my dat. Once the guppies hit the water, my CK is all it and pretty much eats up everything before the dat has a chance. And im worried that the dat isn't getting enough to eat.

any advise?

i had the same problem what worked for me is throwing in 2 groups of guppies or net guppies down to the datnoid

I had the same problem too. I tried to feed the most active fish in one corner of the tank and then use a turkey baster with water inside to shoot pellets/worms to the slower or less active fish. My dat used to always hide in a cave and shooting food at him with the turkey baster was the only way he could eat for awhile. Once he felt safer, he came out more.
