I was wondering how you guys feed pellets with heavy filtration.
I have a corner overflow and a cannister on the other side of my 120 and as wsoon as I drop pellets in they get stuck onto the overflow.
Got any DIY mods or tricks?

You could use a feeding ring. It floats on the surface and prevents the food from moving away, untill it begins to sink.

Get a 90° barb fitting at your local hardware shop. Get about 1 foot of vinyl tubing that is the same size, attach into a ring and let it float at the top. Then just drop the food right into it.

I had the same problem. My overflows draw from the top and the bottom. I took a sheet of clear plastic from a cover report and took the slider that binds the report together and cut it into pieces and used a strip of the cover report to cover the holes at the top of my overflow and used the pieces of the slider to clamp it on to the overflow. That fixed the problem for me and gives me much better filtration as it sucks from the bottom.

Awesome..thanks for the tips...
New England folks on here..good to see it!
