Feeding TSN. Please Help!

I have a young TSN that i have always fed with a skewer stick since it was very young but now i feel that its big enough to come up to eat like its other tank mates (jag cichlid and RTC).

Can someone give me advice on how to get my TSN to come up to eat?

Btw the jag and the rtc clear everything i drop in FAST, so the food doesnt have a chance to sink to the bottom.

after a couple of days of food not getting to him he will go out in search of it (the top).

my tsc is masively a bulk eater will stuff himself in one sitting then seem to not give a damn for up to 3 days. Hes 14" to put it in perspective also i keep the tank on the chill side and this will slow there eating habits.
