Feeding using FW Fish?

This may seem like a stupid question but I'm getting very mixed results in my web searches.
Would I be able to feed my self-bred guppies and convict fry (New world FW Cichlid) to marine predators?

if the guppies were raised in SW and are properly gut loaded, yes
the convicts and FW bred guppies i wouldn't do, they'd be lacking to many vital nutrients


unless this is like a one-time-only treat sort of thing, but no i wouldn't regularly feed them to any SW fish
