Mixed together a few stray videos of the 500g, mostly to show off just how huge some of the tropical gars are, as well as the monstrous cuban gar.

Stock: 7x Tropical gar, 2x Florida gar, 1x Cuban gar as well as 1x Marbled Pim and 1x Australian lungfish. (Mottled eel in overflow did not come out to play).

Gars are gettn beastly! Im really diggn the cuban. How is goldy doing? We havent seen an update on him forever :(
 
Thanks guys, I laugh every time at around 1:27, the music changes as if entrance music for the cuban gar who swoops in from the back of the tank.

Truly amazing creatures, never thought I would enjoy them as much as I have here recently. Never know, might be looking at a future gar keeper here..lol
Great vid none the less, it's intriguing how big they are and how healthy and fat they look. Seems like their Daddy knows exactly what he's doing... nice.

nice! seeing your cuban makes me want one even more! i got a half-assed ok from the wife to get one from solomon when he is finished with them. thats gonna be good enough for me to go ahead and get one when the time comes...provided you do get them all first..lol
