Feeding when and how much ?

How much are you guy's feeding your Oscars and other Cichlids . I just got mine today. Frozen Bloodworms two Cubes once a day ? My oscar is about 3 inches a small GT, J.D., Firemouth, red jewel and a Texas (2 inch or less)

feed em 2 to 3 times a day, as much as they will eat in 5 min....grow em big!!!!

i feed mine earthworms 2 times a day there 5.5"-8"

i feed bloodworms, hikari bio-gold, nls, earthworms and market shrimp.....variety is a good thing

So for now Frozen bloodworms will do the trick ?

THis is correct except you should remove uneaten food.
