Feeding your aro ghost shrimp.

I have tried in the past but the aro could never find them, and the bigger the aro is the harder it is for them to find the ghost shrimp.

If you want to try it though there wouldn't be any harm in it.
 
Hand feeding sounds like a good way. :D
 
I was at my LFS and the 18" arrowana they had wasn't having any problems at all eating the 4-5 ghost shrimp I watched them add.
 
My 3 aros (18-20") love ghost shrimp ... so do my knives (14-16") and pbass (14-18"). My one LFS also has larger size ones, up to 2" and still no problems. Even my CLs can deal with fairly large live shrimp..

when you say cleanup krews, do you mean they take in everything off the ground? :grinno: it'll be cool if my aro couldn't find them and just let the shrimps do some cleaning. very interesting. :)

yah basically, any uneaten food, small particles that are eatable. the shrimp would eat it all. its funny when they eat bloodworms cuz the tummys turn all red haha
