I hear everyone say that their motoros eat a lot. Well I got my 7.5" disk female three weeks ago and she'll eat 6-8 pieces of krill twice a day and that doesn't seem like a lot to me. The clowns at the LFS said they were feeding her every three days and only about 2-3 pieces of krill, so compaired to them it's a lot. Just curious what one of your motoros is eating that's around 7-8"?

I guess 6-8 pieces is fine if its twice a day. When my motoro was that size I fed her probably 20 pieces a day when I would feed krill. Generally I just feed until her stomach humps up and looks full. Shes big but not huge so I think its working as a good rule of thumb.

my little pair 5-6" ate 10 massivore pellets and about a whole shrimp twice a day...

Sure, but I need a permit to get to import them, and getting the permit is a *****. I'll probably try that sometime, I just have to get detailed ingredients of the product and wait a couple of weeks for the permit request to be processed. When (and if) I finally get the permit, it should be easy sailing to get it through customs.

I did try to order some hikari products once but it got stopped in customs and disposed of because I didn't have a permit.
