anyone have any tricks for getting fish nthat will only take live, take frozen?

Just plain starving them for a few weeks will work with most fish.

yup, that sounds cruel but it works wonderfully! Alot of people have alot of good tricks. Let's hope they all chime in.

I have 2 one sounds silly but it worked for meget a fake plant and place the food in it tail poking out this works best by the filter return the current makes it move slightly

when ever i get a new puffer starving it usually works but i just got another palembang puffer and i have starved him for a good while. i have offered him krill everyday but he seems hooked on fish. krill are much better for him. i have gotten him to take a few but it was only 1 day then he wouldnt eat them i threw fish in and he ate them.

quit feeding him fish. You blew whatever progress you were making with him, when you gave him those last fish

Pikes are the only thing that have made me nervous as far as how long those little tirds will go without food. The sticks worked good to transition them after about 3 weeks of not eating...long time. Other than that most stuff has started taking pellet or whatever after a week max. I agree, you just have to grin and bear it and make them take what they get.

i had to feed him the fish he went way to long without eating and started to get skinny

my sh wont touch anything but LIVE FISH

wont go near dead fish
