Feeding

I have a 14in Arro and does not like to eat pellets that much.Can I feed him krill every day.Is there something else I can feed him??????????

try market shrimp and beefheart.....it should go nuts over that

feeders, eartworm, superworm, lots of alternative. depends what you can afford in the long run and how aggresive you like the fish to be.

these are what i feed my fishes too, with various kinds of treats from time to time. but my fishes regularly take cichlid sticks too

Don't feed krill all the time, you need some variety.

you can try starving him for a few days and try and train him to eat pellets a varied diet is always best you don't eat the same thing everyday why should he

I get frozen raw prawns( 1kg bag for $15 cdn), then defrost the needed amount in warm water remove sharp tails and then feed them, what the aro's dont get the rays and loachs clean up. Then once a week they get superworms and or crikets, I found that feeder can bring in disease and teads to make them more aggressive which isn't good for other tank mates.
