i was wondering if feeding your fish earth worms would be a problem like every now and den ??

Depends on the fish. Its wonderful for most as long as the worms are clean and haven't been exposed to pesticides or other nasties.

Agreed. Good for color, too. Easily rinsed off and stored in the fridge for weeks.

the other good thing is you can gutload the worms just by putting them in with some softened and mashed veggies

Just clean them good right before feeding them, or they can cloud your tank up. I put a few in a small cup or plastic container and rinse them real good (especially important if you keep them in dirt) then I let them sit in some water for a half hour or so. This helps them purge their systems a bit.

do you just mash veggies and throw the worms into the veggie mix or do throw the veggie mix in with the dirt they are in?
