Feeling sick

Man is there any way to throw up without it hurting so much? I've had this feeling before, I ate something bad at the restraunt last night I just know it I get this feeling when I need to throw it up it starts hurting real bad in my chest area to point I can't sleep. Don't want to wake up the parents or tell me cuz I wanna hang out with the buds tomorrow
