Probably a topic for indoor ponds. Just so slow moving threads under ponds. I'm curious if many members keep snap set intex pools? Or any other brands for that matter.
My pool has been set up for a year now, with good success. It's a summer escapes 10' My stock is:
1 RTC
5 large pacu
2 Oscars
1 peacock bass
1 TSNxmarble
1 jack Dempsey.
Currently I'm looking for netting to close it off for the addition to add my 10" silver arowana, which is currently in my 125g and my RtcxTSN will also join once they both aren't food for my larger cats.
curious how many member keep monsters in these pools. What are your successes or failures? Seems like snap set pool keepers are frowned upon, I don't know why, mine has been great. Yes I deal with a few punctures here and there, nothing a quick patch doesn't remedy. But they are resistant to bursting wide open.
I definitely wouldn't trust a quick set with the inflatable ring.
I look forward to the feed back. Thanks MFK.
